Trademark & Brand Usage

Orbyt Labs, the Orbyt Labs logo, the Orbyt mascot, and the Orbyt product names are trademarks of Purecraft LLC. These guidelines explain how you may and may not refer to them. They protect both the marks and the people who rely on them to know what is and is not an official Orbyt product.
Our marks
The following are trademarks of Purecraft LLC, whether or not shown with a ™ symbol:

What you may do (nominative use)
You may use the word marks, without a license, to truthfully refer to Orbyt Labs, so long as it is clear you are not Orbyt Labs and not endorsed by us. For example:
- Stating that your product integrates with, connects to, or is compatible with the Orbyt Intelligence API.
- Writing about, reviewing, comparing, or reporting on Orbyt Labs.
- Citing the Orbyt Intelligence dataset with attribution, where the applicable open license (see the dataset page) permits it.
Use only as much of the mark as you need, use the plain word (not our logo), and do not alter it.
What you may not do
- Use the Orbyt Labs name, logo, mascot, or any confusingly similar mark in your own product, company, domain, app, or social-media name.
- Imply sponsorship, affiliation, partnership, or endorsement by Orbyt Labs or Purecraft LLC where none exists.
- Modify, recolor, distort, animate, or combine the Orbyt Labs logo or wordmark with other elements.
- Use the marks in a way that is misleading, disparaging, or that suggests our data or products come from you.
- Register or attempt to register the marks, or any confusingly similar mark, anywhere.
Logo usage
The Orbyt Labs logo and brand assets are provided for editorial and press use only. Requesting or downloading them does not grant any license to use the marks beyond truthful reference. Do not alter the logo, and always leave clear space around it. For any use beyond nominative reference, request written permission first.
Third-party marks
Product names, logos, and brands of others referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used nominatively. Orbyt Labs is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third party referenced on this site.
Reservation of rights
All rights in the Orbyt Labs and Orbyt product marks are reserved by Purecraft LLC. Nothing on this site or in any brand asset grants any right or license to the marks except as expressly stated here. We may update these guidelines at any time.
